Im kinda sad to be disappointed by this vet. I trusted them with my pups and would bring them (2 of the 3) here because i honestly trusted them, two I was for the cause and wanted to support as much as I can (I believe they have a shelter and grooming there) and last but not least the price is not outrageous. Anyways I scheduled an appointment for my new Belgian malinois ( he’s a great dog and loving dog, also trusted around our toddler might I say but still in training as he’s still a puppy but given time with a stranger he will allow you into his space) and even would bring my first Belgian here which they are working dogs and always hyper. The first appointment we set was for Tuesday and they canceled the day of the appointment but we understood. Our rescheduled appointment (Thursday May 16th), no fault but our own we were running 10 minutes late, which we called and asked if it was okey we were running late if not we would have understood and just rescheduled if they weren’t okey with us running late. We arrived and seemed like they were running behind which is understandable but when we got called back the assistant vet did not introduce or interacted with my dog just got into his space. Like any other dog no matter if you’ve met them before you let the dog walk up to you. Grabbing any animal from behind is not recommended especially meeting them for the first time. It happened so fast they had even myself nervous because not even 2 seconds in they wanted to carry our dog onto the table and to my knowledge with many other vets if the dog doesn’t want to be on the table and okey with being touched (which he is, he has gone to other vets and goes to the groomers) they just examine the dog where the dog is most comfortable. I’m disappointed because I trusted them and was ready for Ryder to also be seen by the same vet our other dogs (1 female Belgian and one other male golden shepherd mix) get seen at. My experience recently I wouldn’t recommend if you’re seeking patience or time because they don’t seem to have it. Patience and time is key to success when running any sort of animal care, veterinary services, pet training, grooming or any shelters.

If zero stars was an option, that’s what I’d choose. Cannot get in contact with anyone over phone or text. Called several times and a few were answered but no response. After call was answered, all I heard was typing on a keyboard and mouse clicking. So I assume I was being purposely ignored. Staff responsible for phone calls and appointments, I’m disappointed.

Love this vet clinic for our pets. Dr. Peeples and her staff are amazing to work with. Reasonable prices and services. Honest vet clinic. Very caring and competent. Doesn’t try to upsell you on things. Highly recommend this clinic! 🐾

Thanks to CCVC my kitten might die. I have been taking my kitten Dawn to CCVC since she was 9 weeks old. I have told them each and every time she’s in that she has bloody diarrhea. Dr Peebles tells me it’s normal and just give her probiotics, which we’ve done and she’s now in critical condition at and emergency vet clinic. She stopped eating and has clear, bloody diarrhea. I told her I didn’t think it was normal but her and her vet tech ignored me. Her diarrhea is basically mucus and out of the multiple times I told Peebles about her diarrhea I was told it was normal. I will be sending her my emergency vet bill.
