We adopted our Lilo from here! The staff here are great caring people that love these babies. Everyone was super friendly. Thank you staff for all that you do. Lilo is as happy as she can be and no longer shy and skittish!

Linda is no help. She hang up on you. These people do not do their job or care. Ive been mauled by a stray cat and they have no interest in controling that at all. Ive spent all morning getting rabies shots.

Absolutely love this place. I just adopted a new family member named Bruce. He was fully vaccinated and microchipped. They also were sweet enough to give me a goody bag of a couple bones and a lot of treats. They have so much information on adopting a new pet in to your home, i really appreciate them so much. All of the workers were so nice and personable.❤️

I have in multiple occasions called to get them out to help these 2 poor puppies tied up 100% of their life in the back yard of a neighbor. This is a year later and the puppies aren’t puppies anymore. And guess what!? They’re still tied up! In nasty conditions! I also didn’t even want to give these people 1 star.

I must agree with the post that I have read on here. The lady that came to the door today was VERY VERY VERY RUDE, not even a hello how may I help you.. This was my first time visiting there and will be my last. I just had to put my fur baby down as of Wednesday and I was already hurting, but the way she came to the door and addressed my concern was very nasty. If a person has to make an appointment you all need to update your website and updater your employees. I would not buy a flee from this place!!!!!! Due to the unprofessionalism of that woman on today 5-26-2023@ 11:15a.m.. If you talk to a human like you did, I can only image how you are treating those poor animals.....And another this its not what is said to a person it is always how you say.. Also fix the sign on the door if the lobby is closed or as I stated early update your web page.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! HERES MY SITUATION...A CAT GOT UP IN MY GARAGE IN SEPTEMBER AND HAD KITTENS I'VE CALLED EVERYONE TO COME GET THEM OR HELP ME GET THEM GONE. IVE ALREADY HAD TO DEAL WITH ONE BEING ATTACKED AND NOW ANOTHER ONE IS SICK...BUT HINESVILLE WON'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP BECAUSE NOW ITS TECHNICALLY AN OWNED CAT BECAUSE THEY WON'T LEAVE...EVEN THOUGH THESE AREN'T MY ANIMALS AND THEY DONT LEAVE MY MINE AND MY NEIGHBORS YARD!!! YALL SUCK AND YOU REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THESE ANIMALS BECAUSE IF YOU DID YOU WOULDN'T LET IT SUFFER!!!!
