Talked about protection order but won't help because it isn't domestic violence against a family member. When you are being threatened to have violence against you because you are helping the abused family member. The person hung up on me. I was told by legal aid to call these people. This place is a big joke. I will never refere anyone to here.

You should hear the audio I recorded or their employees making fun of me for needing help

apparently months of mental / emotional abuse from a male ur father isn't good enough for an DV emergency shelter only needed a bed for a week. Black lady is rude prob discrimination lot of them in NE believe it or not. No where to go got banned for life from other mission for reporting the pastor that was trying to get us young girls into a hotel with him, & the warren shelter doesn't have help for womxn only men thats ironic, then u have to be on drvgs to get into the only woman shelter they have. SO had to sleep outside go to su1cyd ward to escape narcassitic abvse parent. & my other parent who tried to k1ll me as a kid volunteered here years ago to look good for CPS i was tr*ffiked around this city as a minor & still can't get help for anything. I survived again no thanks to this place typical 330

Most of the staff are OK but The older black Lady with the curly hair did a really bad job at making me feel welcomed I had trauma from things that happened to me in my life and also I was going through a deep state of depression like most people at the facility and I didn’t clean my room as much as I should have and they would barge into my room and open all of my doors I don’t think it was intentionally to embarrass me but that’s how it felt I don’t think anyone there knows how to work with people with trauma and depression very unsympathetic to my issues I don’t care if I was in the most dangerous situation of my life I’d never go back there

Very unhelpful, and play favoritism. Did absolutely NOTHING to help. The units are disgusting, rooms are not even painted completely. Just plain nasty. I'd recommend avoiding this place unless you have absolutely no other options.

Called for assistance was told sorry can't help you because we don't have enough people working. Big shame
