Called the office, the lady was very nice, professional and helpful. She gave me the time wait until the truck arrived and the price. Then, Joe the driver called me before getting to my place, it was on time and very skilled to have my Land Rover on the flat bed. I’m very happy with the service and I will used it again.

Great response time of under 1 hour. Joe was incredibly calm, professional, and honest, which was a godsend after my car died and I was struggling with the automaker, dealer, and insurance. I highly recommend their service!

This place has been THE Worst I’ve ever had to encounter!!! They are rude, they treat you like trash! No remorse the fact you got into a car ACCIDENT!!! and no sympathy of knowing how hard it is the trauma the financial situation! they only care to take your car and make money!!! I asked the lady to help fax after being nasty on the phone on how to fax a release form after I got out of the hospital she said go figure it out!!! And the more your car is in here the more you have to pay! Even charged me for 2 new years holidays which you have no control over they were even open the day of accident so that my husband can pick up while I was under care they said no!!!! Gonna have to wait till Tuesday and this happened Sunday on last day of the year!!! Still open they said no! Was 5 minutes away from their location! Bet they were still towing cars that day with the excuse being closed after and giving people grief! same excuse oh you’re gonna have to wait just to make more money!!! Unprofessional on the phone like it’s your fault it’s AN ACCIDENT PEOPLE!!! Had I not gone to the hospital I’d never call these disgusting and gross company! Let it happen to them or loved ones God forbid maybe then… they know what if feels like! Have some compassion! Life is full of surprises and karma?! Is real ZERO REVIEW IF I COULD!!!

This place is horrible if I can give this place a zero star I would The man who owns this place is racist, and he tried to Pull out A gun on me Bill is racist. He does not like Black people only has one eye If he keeps treating the way he does he’s not gonna have any eyes left yes, they will steal everything out of your car so please be sure to get all your property of value before letting them tow your car. They do not care about your trauma or traumatic experience that you just went through all they care about is stealing your things out your car The first chance they get and charging you for Towing your vehicle. They are very sneaky. They will make up random extra charges on your days that your car is inside their lot aside from all the charges, you’re already getting for the car being in their pound please avoid if you can please this place was so traumatizing to experience after my accident

Box truck broke down today Perry the dispatcher was very cool very helpful. I called a few times he helped each time didn’t b-s me. Bill the driver showed up ontime hooked me up real quick got me to where I needed to be. Thank you guys.

It won’t let me give less than one star but whoever the driver was assigned to my vehicle was beyond unprofessional!!! This company was subcontracted by Nissan to tow my vehicle because my key fob wouldn’t work. I personally spoke with the driver of the tow truck who was less than 5 miles from my vehicle. I had just been released from the hospital and the driver knew it was an unattended tow but after hanging up with me totally blew me and Nissan off, leaving my vehicle stranded. Then refused to answer my calls or calls from Nissan as to why. Nissan contacted another company and my vehicle was towed with no problem. Driver actually told Nissan he couldn’t find my vehicle. LOL
