I called this office 3 times and never received any help regarding the 7 plus stray cats in my backyard that were not fixed. My neighbor wanted me to put chemicals on our yard to deter them, we refused, then all the cats suddenly disappeared and the neighbor built a pool deck, etc. Coincidence? Don’t think so. You shouldn’t receive donations or tax money if YOU DONT HELP THE COMMUNITY STRAYS. Maybe if they were dogs they would act differently? They are out there suffering, killing wildlife and can barely find food and water. Not only is the TNR program inhumane for the quality of life for cats, YOU GUYS DONT EVEN DO IT WHEN PEOPLE CALL IN MULTIPLE TIMES SINCE DECEMBER. Their disappearances are on your hands but I’m sure you don’t care at all! 7 less you guys have to worry about.

Very rude with answering & provided no help. I was getting ready to take my toddlers to their playground & my dog started barking at what was possibly a cotton mouth snake in our fenced backyard & all the lady said was “they’re not gonna come out for a snake in your backyard, that’s where they live.” & then simply stated “use the internet to identify it”. Thank you for your help👎

Deborah is extremely nice. But. I applied for voucher to have pet spray and neutered. Computers went down. When finally working. Employee took vacation leaving vouchers on her desk. I had to pay close to 200.00 to have my pets fixed. Therefore, I couldn't enjoy Thanksgiving, while employee did. No return calls. So glad our tax dollars go to something. Extremely disappointed 😞

Don't bother calling animal control if you need them right away...or even in 24hrs. I called them several times, with no show. I feel for the animals who suffer in the meantime.

Long story short, I found a dog on the side of the road. My first stop was to visit a vet where they were able to scan his microchip but unable to find owner information. The vet directed me to call Animal Control to have them assist with looking up the owners information or to give me further direction. I called the phone number and was directed to 911 where I explained the situation. The man on the phone informed me that it was off hours for Animal Control and that he could send an officer out there but there was nothing they could do. I understand that Animal Control is closed on the weekend but I feel like the answering service could have provided a better solution.

I was told to call animal control about a family of raccoons living in a tree across the street when I saw them. They have been vicious when walking my small pups. Well this evening They come out when I’m out there with my pups. I called the number, I get 911 and the dispatcher tells me “well they live in trees.” What? Call back in the morning. What’s the sense having the website state open When you’re informed that they live in trees and dec call back in the morning.
