My mom got a puppy in February and we needed a veterinary clinic that could be trusted. I'm glad to say that the folks at East Hills are great! Not only do the docs make sure to inform and answer any questions, the entire staff is helpful and friendly - customer service at the highest level. He's just starting to socialize, which has been difficult. But the last time I brought him over, everyone was very welcoming and gave him an easy win for the day. He even got some treats! - just recently the puppy ate something he shouldn't have, and the vets replied very quickly. I'm very thankful to have them in our corner.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL! Here is my long and detailed review. This place has good rating so we trusted them after reading so many positive reviews. Since this is our first dog we never had any experience with a vet hospital. We booked a vaccination appointment for our dog. They billed us $220 for all the vaccines. For the first vaccine we asked to give it in front of us because we were not sure how our 4 month old puppy would take it. That went well. For the second time, when we asked to give it in front of us, the nurse said that it would be better if they took him inside. We trusted them. While bringing him back the nurse had put him on a different leash. She said he is too energetic and even while putting on the leash he was jumping... After going home we realized how traumatized he was! For almost a month he was scared whenever we tried to put him in a collar. He used to run away! I can't imagine what happened inside that day 😞 They gave us an estimation for neuter which was around $700. Since that was too much we started looking for other vet hospitals and found one at Tracy. After going there we got to know how bad these guys were! First thing is price, which is very expensive because at Tracy we got it done for $300. And even vaccination would have been around $100. See the price difference here! Even if we keep the money aside, the experience at Tracy was very pleasant. Even after getting neutered my dog is not scared or traumatized by anything. He started feeling better the next day itself.

Amazing experience here with our 110lb akbash. Our dog got her snip here as well and she was 70lbs at the time. This place did an amazing job and this is now my go to vet! They also have appointment slots open unlike the other public vets

Hello, this is my story, how I found this clinic, one of my cats broke its leg and my clinic was what the clinic was recommended to me, what I liked is that all the staff are super friendly and the doctor as well. 💯 recommendable.

My Cashy would never let me brush his teeth. His breath was so bad and his teeth looked awful. I certainly thought that most of his teeth would need to get extracted. Dr. Pieper informed me that they wouldn’t know how many teeth they needed to remove until they put him under and got in there. Dr. Pieper called me to let me know that they only had to extract 5 teeth and removed all the bacteria from the rest of the teeth. She even took before and after pics that she later shared with me. I was truly amazed! His teeth look great! His bad breath is gone! And he’s got healthy teeth now which I will do my job to maintain from now on. Dr. Pieper and all the staff at East Hills have been awesome! Thank you for taking such great care of my little dogson.

We had to put our seinor boy chewy down today. He was our kitty boy and he was almost 17. My son who is now 28 arranged everything. We all live together me him and his fiance. But chewy aka tutu has been in our lives for so long. This place was so kind, even thru the process of my son setting it all up they were never rude to him. And today.. they were so kind to us. It was the hardest thing to let him go but we all knew our precious boy was in good Hands. They were so very kind and gave us time. They had compassion for him truly. And my son and fiance decided our sweet boy be laid to rest at her father's house. But they kept us and our sweet boy calm. They didn't rush us as we said our goodbyes to him. We requested paw prints and they handled him with such care. We had a special blanket we were going to lay with him but they carried him away to take the paw prints in a very comfy blanket they had on the table for him. And I write this post.Our whole family is devastated for his loss but were thankful for the way they cared for him and helped him too. Cross over to his place of peace. And it's comforting to know We were allowed to take him and put him to rest At her father's house in the backyard. Is these people are so kind and caring . I honestly We'll take my other two surviving Cats for their monthly flea treatments. This place is top notch when it comes Caring for animals because they truly gave us all Time we needed with our sweet boy. And they were so kind in handling him for the paw prints They brought him back to us wrapped so sweetly.In the blanket they literally were not Rude.They had so much compassion.I recommend this place to anybody For any treatment of their fur babies
