This veterinary hospital has been nothing short of amazing in helping me and my grandma's cat Sherbert I took in last year when she passed. All the staff has been awesome and so compassionate. And Dr. G is absolutely amazing!! He's been so great in helping diagnose and treat my furbaby. He's so patient, kind, and so professional. When I opted to have my baby hospitalized to stabilize and work on getting him on the right dose of insulin and my anxiety/nerves were getting the best of me, he gave me his card with his cell number and said I could call him anytime if I had questions and the hospital was closed--that to me goes above and beyond!! Thank you to everyone there that took great care of my furbaby! Highly recommend!

What a quick response to my needs. However after his surgery to repair his acl the Vet hospital staff are all incompetent.They Sent me home with the wrong dosages on the labels for his medication!! He cried all night and the next day before I asked for pain meds which they did not send home. The worst is the wrapped up his opposite leg with the needle stuck still in his arm. If I had not u wrapped it I would not have known for much longer. That really hurts too. Absolutely never ever again. Go to Jane Lori at Tail Wag Inn. She is the absolute best there is. Suing them for a refund. Cheryl and he just left the VPN emergency vet hospital after 9 days has an infection in the leg from dirty surgery room. Another 2,200.00 because of the poor care you gave him. The needle gave him an infection too. You are awful people. Pain and suffering alone.

Brought my cat in today because he was having seizures. The doctor and staff were so nice and helpful. They help me come up with the best plan for my cat and his seizures. They communicate everything they were doing the whole time, which made me feel really comfortable.

I have nothing, but good things to say about this vet. I brought my poodle puppy in for her spaying and they took such great care of her. The veterinarian was very nice and caring. Explained everything to me and answered any of my concerns. I originally thought of having a gastropexy done while doing her surgery, but the doctor advised me that it was unnecessary. I felt very confident leaving my precious puppy there for surgery, I felt the veterinarian was very knowledgable and would keep my pup safe. She came out with no complications, they even put in sutures that would dissolve on their own at my request so she wouldn't need them removed later. All the staff were very sweet. She had a perfect recovery. I would definitely recommend this vet hospital.

Our dog had cut/infection in port-stern foot. We made an appointment and were seen on time. Doc was careful,did a complete visual exam an updated rabies 3year shot. Price was around all including cone and meds. Follow-up visit free. Cannot recommend highly enough. All staff was pleasant and professional.
