We had a wonderful visit at Banfield Peachtree City (1/16/2024) and have to say it was 100% because of their Veterinary assistant Marguerite. What an amazing young lady… very kind, caring, and professional! She was also very “thorough” and “patient” as well! “Thorough” because of her inquisitive line of questioning as to why our kitty was brought in, and “patient” in answering any and all questions we had at drop off and pick up of our pet. Marguerite was also very helpful in resolving an issue in the after visit report. The day after our visit, we read the report and noticed that no reference was made to the actual issue on hand, or as to why the medication prescribed was needed. This being important for future reference. Marguerite once again came to our aid and quickly made inquiries and in a matter of minutes resolved the issue and emailed a revised report to us. I am a firm believer that you cannot truly teach customer service to someone… you’re actually born with it! Persons born with it have Character, Conscience, and Courage! They have empathy and compassion towards others and go out of the way to assist. They purposely look for and see ways to help others and act without being told! They have a “Servant’s Heart” and treat others as they themselves would want to be treated. Marguerite has that “Servants Heart!”

Love Banfield! Staff is Friendly and the Drs are knowledgeable! The App is very easy to use and the Chat system is Awesome! I used the chat feature when I was not sure what was happening to my puppy I was speaking to a live person!!! She was super helpful and made me feel better about my situation!

I rescued a German Shepherd 7 months ago. She is 4 years old. She was not used to being around a lot of people she would act aggressively only because she was afraid. When I took her to Banfield in PTC, the staff was amazing! At first, I thought my dog would not do so well as to take to being friendly to the staff, but it turned out the staff was so professional and calm with her that she really liked the staff. Thank you for your patience, love and special skills in taking care for my pet. I would recommend someone who is looking for a veterinarian hospital to take a look a Bansfield Hospital for their loved pet.

My puppy was with diarrhea all night and I was calling like crazy to any vet around here and everyone was booked and they took care of him I really appreciated that The lady at the front desk was very nice same with the dr and the nurse Sushi is doing great

This was the second time we brought our 1.5 year old Rottweiler in for vaccinations. They were unable to give them either time because they’re afraid of him. I offered to hold him while they did it, but they said he’d probably bite me 🙄. They said we'd have to give him a double dose of Tramadol to basically make him sleep, and bring him in a third time. We’re not doing that. This was the first time I was denied being with any of my dogs during their checkup. A veterinarian who’s afraid of large dogs is the most ridiculous thing ever! It’s like being a pilot when you’re afraid of flying. During the 12 years of us using this location, we’ve dealt with about 20 different doctors due to turnover. They work there to gain experience “practicing” on our pets until they can get a better job or open their own clinic. It’s basically the Great Clips of pet care. We will not be returning to Banfield ever!
