Seemed pretty good. The inventory looks well stocked, but they didn't have the items we were looking for. The gal we asked to help was not very cheerful but after much coaxing decided to help us. I think that we were keeping her from taking a nap. Cashier was friendly and wide awake!

Selection is great, service is great, online ordering has been a hit or miss. Orders are randomly cancelled & staff doesn't know why nor have a way to track it. PetSmart as a corporation is failing its employees & its customers, otherwise, when it does go through, service is great, just like in person!

It's one of the better Petsmarts that I have been to. I've been inside more than a few times, and they usually have what I need. The animals seem to be taken care of, I haven't seen any horrors so far, which is the most important thing to me when it comes to a pet store.
