First of all I want to thank everyone at Woodcrest Vet clinic. Recently my Ben started feeling unwell I took him to his original vet where they failed to provide the services he required. A family member had recommended this Veterinary so I took a chance and drove all the way from Victorville and brought our pup over. From the moment I arrived I felt a sort of comfort and relief and their genuine concern for my Ben’s well being. Honestly they went above and beyond from my expectations. Starting With Dr. Saini I could go on and on about how well he treated and examined my Ben. He took his time and proceeded to let me know his recommendations and a plan of action and treatment for my baby. I trusted him and his staffs knowledge knowing my Ben would be in great hands. We weren’t just another number to him. Long story short we received the best care here. And will be returning to take care of my fur babies needs. I want to thank Justine, Gina, Alice, Bernice, Dr. Saini and the rest of the staff in this office for making everything above and beyond. Ever since Monday Ben has been taking his medication and is back to his content happy and alert no longer in distress pup. My heart is happy and I 100% recommend y’all bring your babies here you will not be disappointed!
The attention is always great, and the doctor explained everything about my pet's issues. I'm so glad to come!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for taking care of my furry kids!!
DON’T risk your pets health going to this vet. Paid $81 for parvo test for them to tell me it’s negative but probably a false negative - so which is it? Positive or negative? They said I would have to pay for another test if I wanted a result- HUH??. My puppy had bloody diarrhea, vomit, and had not eaten for 16 hours due to what we now know was a parasite, yet there was no sense of urgency in helping her at all. Appt was at 2:30 pm but we were not actually helped until 4 pm. The catheter wrap was so tight that my puppy’s paw was inflamed and in pain, she could not even stand on it. When I took her to another vet the next day they could not believe how tight it was. Look at the difference between paws due to the tight wrap. I know what it’s like to receive good service and feel that your pets are cared for - this was not the case here. Not to mention the horrible attitude all the staff had. The vet himself was a nice person - but I would not trust him again with my pet. Please don’t waste your money, time or risk your pets health with this clinic. So disappointed.
Entire staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Mann takes his time to ensure he thoroughly answers clients questions and concerns. The office does a good job of meeting scheduled appointments despite the daily challenges and emergencies typical of a veterinarian office. Making appointments is easy and usual within a day or two of calling.
Vet techs here need some work.. A few were passive aggressive, one woman was straight up rude the next day I came back for my dog's follow up. But aside from tht, which is actually not the reason for the 1 star rating... the following will explain.. So its been abt a month since I brought my dog here. The vet techs were mostly seemingly nice but I rly don't care abt their manner with me, bc clearly they didn't have good manner with my dog. Every single day following her visit, her jaw has been chattering very rapidly, it seems to happen randomly through the day, for no real reason tht I can tell. So if it's due to nerves or an actual physical issue with her jaw or throat, I can't say right now. But again, the evening tht I picked her up after the treatment, she suddenly started with this jaw chatter. I emphasize greatly, tht her jaw was NOT doing this, at all, ever, prior to this visit. She had spent about 5/6 hours there w them. I know she had to ingest something for the treatment so I guess they would've used a large syringe She also had some of the white crap from the treatment on top of her head when I got her back tht was like cemented in her fur They couldn't be bothered to clean it off, gee thanks. But this is so unacceptable to me. I know how dogs can be difficult with things like tht, I have had to give her an ear wash before myself so trust, I know.. But I simply do not think there's any excuse for sending someone's dog back to them with a whole new nervous tick. I don't care if the dog is difficult, it is literally your jobs to deal with unruly animals in a safe and kind manner so as to prevent injury, fright etc. Anyway its been about a month and this chatter has been persistent and ongoing. I will absolutely never come back here for anything. The actual veterinarian was nice who dealt with me but I cannot withhold this review bc one person there was professional. Also, they told me to pick her up at 7pm, which is their closing time. They brought her out to me in the parking lot at 7:45pm. Like what the heck is that. Overall, I wish I had never come here. The vibes were so off, but they lure you in with the faux niceness. The owner of this place should invest in some cameras to be put up in the work areas. Might be in their best interest. But anyway, these ppl are weird. 0/10. **edit - I seriously doubt this clinic has cameras in back. Owners beware.
They always have appointments available either same day or next day. The staff are very friendly and love my cat. The doctors are friendly and do a great job as well. Highly recommend
