An amazingly kind and caring staff. They have been taking care of our dog for years and have always taken the time to discuss every aspect of our pups care. The veterinarian, vet techs, and front desk workers are all wonderful people who will treat your pet with love. On our most recent visit, they had fantastic patience and caring with us while explaining our options.

Used to be 5 stars. Dr. Munson, the vet techs and assistants in the back office are great! BUT I can't say the same about the front office staff. I've been taking my dogs here for almost 10 years, but lately, at least the past 2 years, the whole vibe of the front desk has changed. The ladies at the front desk are unfriendly and have a cold demeanor, especially the 2 front desk receptionists that were there this morning. Unfortunately, I'll be switching to another vet even though this office is only 3 minutes away. I really like Dr. Munso, but she needs to get better front desk receptionists with warm, kind, and friendly demeanors.

My go to vet!!! I absolutely love them! They care and love animals!! They are the cleanest, nicest, most understanding, and the most coast efficient vet I have EVER BEEN TOO!! And I have been to a lot!!

A couple weeks ago I brought my dog here to get her shots. While I was there I told the lady up front that my dog needed her nails to be trimmed because they were too long. She said no problem. Once I got my dog back I noticed they didn’t cut her nails! When I asked why they said the vet determined it wasn’t necessary. Fast forward to this past weekend where my dog accidentally scratched my nephew. This would have never happened if they cut my dogs nails like I asked them. They changed me $200 for the visit but couldn’t even do the one small thing that I asked for. Very unprofessional.
