We thought our lil boy Scrappy was choking so my wife and I were in a bit of a panic. We didn’t know where to go so I checked Google and this place was the closest. Upon arrival, my wife in tears hands Scrappy off to them. Within 10 minutes the Dr comes out and tells us Scrappy is doing just fine, he wasn’t choking! He had a piece of sharp plastic stuck in his teeth in the back of his mouth. 🤦‍♂️ They charged us for a simple office visit and we were happily on our way. The Dr and her whole staff were so friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend “Small Animal Hospital” to anyone! Thank you for helping Scrappy! ❤️

Customer service was good it just. I paid $1000 to find out what was going on with my cat. later that night, after I brought her home, she passed away. I let them know what I found. they still don't know why she died. Even after all, the tests and blood test that they ran on her. Saying that she was okay, she just needed fluids. I will never go back.

Just called asking if I could bring in my 16 year old Westy because he is not doing well at all. The person that answered the phone said they only take appointments and their next appointment is in 13 days, I said no he may be dead by then.
