Very weird group of individuals. There was no HOT WATER upon arrival. I learned that it has been this way for 2 whole days. I left immediately. To make matters worse the room was infested with flies and mosquitos. I had been swatting for 4 hours straight. When I asked for the policy & procedure handbook I was told to wait until Monday in such a nasty manner. If you are not equipped to work with people from ALL walks of life go work elsewhere. It’s really that simple. It was just way too much for my initial first day.

Racial profiling, manipulative, rude, conflicting, pretentious, neglectful aiming at the well-being of a family with disabled minor; attitudes and a desire to show superiority over client. Intimidating to some. Dirty place, hot as hell inside and hurting my family. We are suffering .

poor ethical practices,integtity and decency ;do not practice using strategies and tools to meet the mission for clients. It has visually been disclosed it appears staff disheveled manner in which are presented to clients is not kosher nor professional which needs to be address. I am confounded staff is suppose to aim toward helping families transition back to homes of their own instead of formulating disruption and kaos. Clients are already facing a crisis. Please staff keep your opinions to yourself. Staff needs excruciating training in order too operate in the parameters of their description of the title -so of their job...............

Stayed here for about a month and a half in 2013 rats outside the shelter and inside the room.even.the garage room my daughter was newborn and was scared to death in the room she always had a hard time going to bed at night staff was nasty and would talk about u they don't help u find no place lucky I got transferred or else would been there forever elevator never works too much noise the security was.the only nice thing about this place should change it's name to no hope
