I needed a same day appointment after a weekend of stomach issues with my senior dog. The walk in pet clinic saved the day. The staff was very thoughtful. Thank you for helping Milo!

My guinea pig had a large ball- shaped protrusion on her lower abdomen. Team examined her, found she had breast cancer and removed it same day. That was over 2 months ago. She recovered quickly and we had no issues with her incision. She’s back living her best life with her sister.

Tried to through a 1300 bill at me when all I asked for was blood tests. Even threw on an X-ray which if they had listened to me at all they should've known he didn't need. You may know animals but I've had this one 7 years and know when something is wrong. I didn't even disagree with the fact he needed testing but everything I said was disregarded due to "20" years of experience. As someone who loves my animal with all my heart I do my best for him so do not tell me you know more about his habits and health. I'll be back for my records and that's it. Any other vet could've given some heart into there care that you were severely lacking. Also put a cat on antibiotics for more than 4 months for no reason. Don't go here if you want proper care. Edit* after talking to another vet and doing research I now know he had a food allergy like I thought and asked for testing for. Absolutely no reason to freak me out or try and charge me so much money. Not only that but it took only that for her "20 years of experience" to mean nothing. No wonder you told me to get sensitive diet food and not the thyroid diet. Real nice. I hope you guys get sued for your horrible practices. I have absolutely no sympathy for you people as you dug your own hole. Enjoy it. My cat doesn't even have hyperthyroidism. He has a food allergy. Great to know I was called stupid and ignored because of past experiences just to find out I'm right. And 1300 compared to 280 to figure it out. And if I had stayed with Arlington pet clinic my poor cat would've had to suffer while they circled back to exactly what I told them and finally got the right diagnosis. I'm heated. Well miss, you really, REALLY made yourself look like an idiot now. I'm gonna be pursuing this legally because what happened was horrible and my cat would've had to suffer thanks to your ignorance and lack of care. This in unacceptable behavior from a medical professional and your license should be revoked.

I LOVE this clinic. The receptionist, techs, and Dr Maggie are so kind, professional, and caring. All of the palliative interventions for my 19 yr old cat are working. I am so grateful for the support ALL of you have shown me. 💜

Dr. Gowen and his staff (especially Theresa) are wonderful! I know that my furbabies are in the best of care. They have always treated my furbabies as if they were their own. They truly love all animals and are not in this business for the money and it shows in their compassion and their prices are much less than most clinics. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I wish I could give a 0 star. My wife and I decided to come here since our primary was closed and it was an emergency. We paid for full blood testing done on our dog. After twice as long as they said it would take to get results back to our primary vet, the data on the results was half-missing and hand written. Our primary vet said they had never seen anything like this and we should try to get our momey back.They refused to give our money back, blamed our primary vet for not telling them the results were bad, claimed we were "out to get them" and the results "wouldn't have saved our dog anyways" It makes me sick how little remorse for our loss they had, and they tried to blamed their botched in-house testing on our Primary vet. When they should have sent to a proper lab in the first place. The ow er said other cruel things to us and threatened us. If you care for your animals, it's worth any amount of time to drive to Anywhere but here.. Please don't make the same mistake we in did. It could mean the difference in an emergency..
