We went to the ER on 5/26/24, Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, so of course, our regular vet was closed. While I'm never prepared for needing to say goodbye, knowing it is the best thing we can do for our cherished Moishe makes it a little easier. The staff at Cornell do everything they can to ease the pain, giving us all the time we want / need before and after. They only ask the necessary questions. My husband and I are grateful for their kind help and professionalism.

Unfortunately I had to put my Pug Penelope to sleep today. I was awoken by her convulsing at 2:00am and had nobody to turn to for help. I got her stabilized and called Cornell Hospital for Animals. I was extremely distraught and the young lady who answered the phone was so helpful and very understanding. After a bit of a drive, i arrived early in the morning. I can’t say enough about the staff. So supportive and kind. I was more than a bit overwhelmed. I wish I could have let them know how much that meant to me. Penelope could not have been in better hands. Thank you ladies. Thank you very much.

For four years we drove 1hr each way to bring our little dog to Cornell. Lacey passed a few weeks ago and to our surprise the Doctors sent us a sympathy card. So amazing. Every visit to Cornell was filled with people that really care. TY Cornell, TY.

We are seen by the on-site ophthalmology department. They give us excellent, personalized care. My dog's eye disease progression has slowed due to their treatment, which has definitely improved his quality of life!

We greatly appreciate the Xtreme care and consideration from everyone at Cornell animal hospital. We thought our dog was going to die after being hit by a car. Scheduled an internal medicine appointment and was able to get in around December. Although the wait to get a consult took months, it was well worth it. The operation they have there is fantastic. The staff is super thorough and compassionate and my dog felt super comfortable being there. She just got a full endoscopy yesterday and I received various updates and felt she was in great hands. I would highly recommend.
