I had to re-home my 14 year old Cat who was loved very much. I couldn't afford to pay the $ 300.00 deposit and I believe she might have been sick. She was crying when she went potty. And was vomiting some times. They were very caring, and allowed me to hold her as long as I wanted to . When I gave her to the lady I had her wrapped in he favorite blanket. She took her gently and lined her cage with her blanket. And I talked to her in her cage and she licked my hand and I told her goodbye. They said the vet would check her. To see if she could be re-homed . She is a very loving cat.

We have called multiple times about 3 stray dogs tearing up trash and terrorizing people around our business and daycare next door. They never show up after telling us that they will send someone out.

I have a neighbors dog has been getting out of his pen for years. Animal Control cannot catch him unless he jumps up in the truck in their lap. In 2023 they won’t even stop and try to catch the dog. They will just sit in their truck doing something not writing any tickets. This might have to go to court. It’s ridiculous. He’s a vicious dog and for a long time he didn’t have any shots, they have to go to court over the dog because of no vaccine , but that still don’t solve the issue of the dog being there outside . They don’t even live at the house. It’s a HUD house

Both my husband and I have called about an animal that's shivering and cold with no shelter in freezing temperatures. They say they sent someone out and that the animal has shelter. I can see the entire yard and how long the chain is that the dog is on and there is absolutely no shelter this dog can reach. When this dog is dead I'm going make sure they know there was something they could do, but didn't.

Called about a dog being left out in the freezing snow and they showed up fast! They’re humans too and sometimes need help finding you/the situation! Give them another call!!! Put in effort so they can too. Great people, handled the situation amazingly. 10/10. Thankyou so much guys
