They were closed I wish I would have been able to talk to somebody but every time I need someone there's no options but it's like there isn't very many options at any veterinarian place around this whole area I mean I thought veterinarians were veterinarians because they love animals they want to save lives and around here it aint about that it aint it's about the money you gotta have $34500 or they don't even wanna see you and then when you finally do get the money to be seen There's no progress there's no good outcome my cat got her nails trimmed after everything that she's been dealing with now she's fully paralyzed and suffering and I taken homeless cats I take in cats that have been beaten or abused and I get them ready and I take care of them and get them into I find families for them families that will love them and include them and all I needed was to find someone that will help me Put my cat out from suffering she's fully paralyzed and no one wants to help me it's all about money you gotta have money or you don't get nothing

I use to recommend this vet until today. I took my dog in on Friday because she was having problems walking. Did I wait a little longer than I should have? Probably. Come to find out my 8 yr old German shepherd had a slipped disk on her spine. Which has caused her a lot of pain and discomfort. It has kept her from eating and drinking like she normally would. So she did have a significant amount of weight loss. After $300 and getting her some medicine to help the healing process. Dr. Owens had the nerve to call my local animal shelter and have them do a welfare check on my dog. For Dr. Owens to judge my morality and integrity offends me very much so. I have always taken care of my pets. They have never missed a meal. I will not be taking my fur babies back to that clinic.

I just called them because my little girl jumped off the couch and hurt her leg and is in pain but because I don't have the money upfront to pay them they won't see her.I told them I could pay them Thursday but they said no and I have always paid them and even have had a credit on my account but they still won't see her that doesn't sound like a vet that cares about the animals it's all about the money. I am very upset with them. Please make sure you have money before you call them. After I posted this review Cato pet hospital called me and said they could no longer see Sadie mind you they have seen her since she was born but because of the review I gave them they no longer will see her she's 3 years old and now they won't see her. They can't handle a bad review. Sadie now has a wonderful vet,God works in mysterious ways.

I’ve taken my dogs to Cato for years. Dr. Doyle did what no other vet in town would do to save my American bulldog, Zeus. He was a little less than a year old. Any other vet would have charged me thousands and would have made me leave him there. I’d already brought him in earlier that week when he was just starting to get sick with vomiting, unable to hold water or food down. The parvo test came back negative. We got some meds and went home. He never showed any signs of getting better.. we know some meds take time. Within 3 days he was literally only a couple hours, maybe minutes away from death. I called the clinic and spoke with Dr. Doyle and instead of making me bring Zeus back up to the clinic, he told me to hurry to the clinic and get some supplies and meds. (I already knew how to give a dog iv fluids well before this). He gave me everything i needed and made sure I knew what to do. I didn’t even have the full payment on me. I promised I’d come back and pay the remaining balance. I rush home and start the fluids and and meds.. it took a couple days but slowly he started to come back. He helped me save my dog within my means. Zeus survived and grew to become a beautiful, brindle, massive, 150-160 pound, stubborn, funny, and all around good boy 😊 So thank you, Dr. Doyle and Cato Vet staff! I’m forever grateful and yes, I went back and paid my balance and I still take my animals there.

Cato Pet Hospital has seen every pet I have ever had! They have always done a phenomenal job with my pets. You can tell Dr. Doyle and Dr. Owens care about you and your pets. The staff they have in office are always so helpful and attentive. They've saved my rear so many times, I'm beyond grateful for them.

Got my cats fixed here and they were extremely friendly and courteous! Also very affordable too! Highly recommend!
