We went to Dickman vet for the worst day of a pet owner's life, but they were so very kind & understanding. Nikki, our husky mix, had to be put down. Everyone from the receptionist to the veterinarian we're absolutely outstanding. They even let us exit through the employee door so we wouldn't have to walk through the waiting area. Even during the weeks prior to that day, everyone was extremely professional, but very understanding and empathetic at the same time. They never tried to upsell anything, they simply gave us the facts and our choices and let us make the decisions.

Even though I live in Kalamazoo, I've been taking my pets here since 1982. Their service is great and their prices are reasonable. They have a separate entrance for cats and dogs which is convenient and you don't have to wait a long time to get an appointment.

I took a friend to have her dog put down so he wouod no longer have to suffer.. Every person there did everything they could to make an absolutely heartbreaking experience a little less awful for her. Their kindness and comforting words were so appreciated!

The doctor and staff were exceptional! I called and explained my ole girls situation and they seen her right away. Got her all better... for the most part; he's an old girl.. I highly recommend!! Prices were fair and comparable to her regular vet in Georgia. Photo of her (Nici), Zoe and I camped out on the living room floor so I can keep an eye out for her. Zoe was trying to be her emotional support. God love these 2 babies right here!!

Dr.Pete is amazing. He listens to his patients and their concerns! We brought our Great Dane in and he saved her. After going to another vet for treatment after no improvement I talked to Dr. Pete. He did what he thought would work and it sure did. My Danes will not go anywhere else!!

Love this vets office. Everyone is really friendly and very understanding. The only thing I don't like is the one receptionist, she is rude and not very personable. Also one of the female doctors, her bedside could use work. When she talked to me she acted like I was stupid for asking questions. She did help my dog and was trying to figure what was wrong.
