0 stars! Do yourself a favor and drive to Pittsburgh. This lady was desperate for money. After being stuck in a room with thin walls for 2 hours we could here everyone else getting a similar terrifying story. She wanted to knock my cat out to express his bladder. The Pittsburgh vet simply used her hands to feel. This is the price difference for the same cat different vet! Do not let this lady use the love of your pets to manipulate your wallet!!!!!!
Absolutely love this clinic we took our hedgehog here and he was in such good hands with both Dr. Shondrick and the technicians. Dr shondrick is very knowledgeable and explains everything well! Will 100% recommend this clinic to anyone
Tonight my gecko passed away, was suffering from a severe prolapse that occurred rather rapidly, every single one of the staff and doctors went above and beyond our expectations at our worst moments with her. Compassion and empathy was awesome, they did not over promise what they could do to fix her, and in the end we made the best decision for her. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
I do not recommend this place at all! We took our kitten to get checked out because she was not walking at all. When we get there they tell us it is going to be 185 to be seen perfectly fine understand that. They didnt even look at her paw to see if anything was wrong with it. They took her temp and she has a fever and put her on ice packs to get her fever down. Again perfectly fine with that. They told us she had a viral infection and did not feel any breaks in her paw and sent us on our way with antibiotics and pain medicine to give her. She continued to decline so we decided to take her to our vet since she was still not putting pressure on her foot. Our vet found a huge gash in her paw that they should have seen. Our vet was surprised she was still even alive because of her paw and then on top of the the medicine they put on her neck cause a severe burn. So we are now going and getting bandage changes every couple of days on her paw. This is something that if the paw was actually looked at would have been found. Our vet is hoping her neck will heal on its own and not have to do surgery on her neck.
We brought our 9 week old puppy here on Saturday. She was lethargic and in really bad shape from refusing food. They took such great care of her. They gave us a whole slew of things to give her with detailed care instructions. We had a rough 24 hours of feeding her every hour and a regime of things to supplement her with. They followed up with us daily and gave us another recommendation today that was a huge success! For the first time she ate on her own today! They really care about the animals and were all very nice!
The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and was very caring towards my dog. Would recommend them very much
