I am from out town, and our friends that live here told about WVA, we took our girls there. They went above all to help my girls, which have been at different appointments. I thankful for all the test and all they did for them both. I love that the Vets all went to Vet school in Alabama, cause that is where my girls and I are from, so it was neat knowing we all had something in common and made us more like family!! Thank you for your love animals and all you do for them!!

This was our first time. The staff was courteous and so helpful. The wait was minimal. I will be sticking with this veterinarian's office. They were all great with my dog and us.

All of the women who work there are so very kind. I am not sure of her name, but one of the vet techs walked my blind fiancé and out cat to the room while I was making a coffee. Also just as important, they were very kind to, and made over our kitty! Thank you, and can't wait to see you wonderful folks again soon.

I was so delighted with the staff and their pleasant attitudes, everyone of them and the confidence I gained from the Veterinarian. Everyone who was in the waiting area was treated with such kindness and professionalism it was a pleasure. My Bella was given great care and after her surgery is doing so well. I am grateful to have found them. I spoke with another lady who could have also gone to a Vet closet but stated no comparison in the capabilities and like myself would make the extra drive anyway to find a Vet & Clinic so worthy. My dogs mean the world to me like most pet owners who want kind & capable treatment the Wheeling Veterinary Associates is that place.

She is not compassionate and just wants your $$$ Our dog recently passed away. We got her as a foster and decided to make this our primary vet. She went on SEVERAL check ups over a period of 4 months and got all types of health screens done. Every time, the Dr. here always tried to upcharge everything instead of guiding us through a specific route of testing. Anyways, the day our dog died, I brought her in the whole afternoon and gave the go to perform all types of testing (even getting charged again for a test already done 10 days earlier). She failed to pinpoint ANY CRITICAL ISSUES and her staff told me she should be good to wait out her internal medicine appointment scheduled for a few days later. My dog died a couple hours later that day on our way to the ER and the ER doctor saw those tests and right away said there were BIG RED FLAGS everywhere, which Dr. Paige never cared to mention or explain well. Dr. Paige called my wife the next day and heard the news and claimed she warned me that our dog was "critical and to go to the ER" when the truth is she didn't even care to give me a breakdown of her testing that day personally and had her staff just send me on my way. I think that with the amount of times my dog was seen, she should've been able to catch something this detrimental at some point. I didn't feel she was compassionate enough to look out what's best for our dog or care enough to catch it early. Instead, I felt they just try to get as much money out of you, since she made us do the same testing over and over again and keep paying without any real guidance on which actions to take for our dog's health. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES WITH YOUR PET.
