I live right by here. My dog has anxiety and does not like going most places. She goes here with no issues, and sits right on the scale in the lobby no problem. The med refills are seamless. Tech calls are on point. Vaccine records timely. Parking on the south side (22nd St.) is adequate. But, Dutch Bros traffic across the street, and Broadway corner, can be busy. Sometimes closes earlier than 6pm, so call ahead of time if you want to show up later.

I've been here quite a few times with 3 different pets and couldn't be happier with the care they've received. I recently had a cat procedure done and had many questions and they were so patient and thoughtful about responding to every question and phone call. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had our new puppy get her shots here, the staff were friendly and made the whole ordeal much easier for our puppy. All of the staff were really upbeat and congenial and that helped lower the stress as well. We'll be back again for sure.

Highly recommend! Dr. West, and Amanda, and the whole crew did such a great job. Got vaccinations, and had a very helpful consult on assorted old-dog problems. Super knowledgeable, quick, (but not rushed) and supremely customer care oriented. They really know how to listen! Very good prices. Affordable, skilled, fast, friendly! I can't say thank you enough!

Love the vets here. They never try to push things on us that our pets don't truly need, and try to find underlying problems for issues. Very caring and attentive for our doggo's needs. Highly recommended.
