Terrible customer service!!! Do not go here!! Do not sign up for their wellness plan-it’s a scam!!! The “manager” Jonathan is incapable of handling any issues or resolving any problems! They charged me $200 for a membership and then refused to provide me services when I was 7 minutes late! When I have waited over 30+ minutes to be seen for appointments. So not only did my pet not get services they are refusing to give me a refund, Jonathan refuses to allow me to speak to his supervisor Roseanna who apparently works from home and does not deal with customers! Again run!!! Worst customer service and care I’ve seen in my life!!!! Jonathan and his team lack the skills needed to work with the public let alone our pets!!! Thanks Banfield for stealing $200 from me

I’m overwhelmed, at level the caring and love the employees show the animals from what i have witnessed… The Doctor, is remarkable!! The woman who have helped him.. as in taking care of my 2 ESA dogs… Service Dogs .. were incredible in helping with my dogs. All the trips to the other Vet were emotionally upsetting for both my dogs and I. The Animal Tech was too aggressive towards my dogs. We thank God, in heaven that we switched to Banfield!

DO NOT use this vet for euthanasia services! I got a price quote on the phone. I got there, and I got a guilt-trip from the doc about whether or not euthanasia was the right choice, even though my dog was having MASSIVE seizures and couldn't make it into the house from going potty without taking a nap (the vet tech was very sweet and confirmed that they actually saw one of the seizures while putting in his IV, and that there would've been nothing they could do for him; that euthanasia was the right choice). I was then informed the price I was quoted was HUNDREDS of dollars short of the actual price and had to HAGGLE the price of my dog's cremation while sitting there with him with his IV in. THEN, they gave his remains to a family member we're on rocky terms with, causing a lot of chaos and family drama, and sending my daughter to the ER. When I called them to ask them why on EARTH they did that, they ACTUALLY SAID their policy was to hand over the remains to anyone who asked for them. This place is a joke. They caused me nothing but heartache and stress around a horrible situation. Go anywhere else.

I bring my pupper Bugsy here for all her care. I have a senior dog, and I'm a student on a budget. The staff here are absolutely awesome and always help to optimize the usage of my pets plan with her health needs and my finances. Dr. Ayromoloo and Grace, thank you so much for your kind and gentle care. Lovely ladies at the front (I apologize that I am terrible with names) I am so grateful for your help as well. Banfield should be grateful to have such excellent people.

Beware when buying the wellness plan! Was very frustrated to find out there is no way to cancel my wellness membership. Unfortunately due to recent financial changes, I needed to cancel this plan. I was told I had to wait out the year doesn't matter the reasoning. Sad to see that money is a priority over the client. I will be changing vets.

The staff are really friendly, from the receptionist to the doctor. Mr. Ruby is never afraid to come in for his visits
