LOVED this pet hotel for my kitten! I went to Paris for 12 days and was a bit worried leaving her for so long but the staff was so loving and attentive to my kitten! I emailed them to send me a picture of her while i was away and the staff sent me a video of her playing. Overall, great service for a fair price. Would definitely recommend to friends and use their services again!

We have left our two kitties here for trips out of town. At first we were worried about them, but the first time picking them up they seemed great! I trust these folk to take care of our boys anytime. Fantastic staff and great prices! Thank you for all you do!

We came to pick up our dog and the man at the front desk seemed clueless. He didn't know whether or not she had gotten breakfast and said, "She may or may not have gotten breakfast". Our dog was filthy, covered in a greasy film. We noticed that none of the treats we left with her were used. She came home and had to urinate so badly. I question that kind of care she got. The pricing is fair but maybe there's a reason for that. I will look for another place next time. Good location and they were able to accomodate our last minute travel plans.
