Every encounter ive had here has been great. It seems like they genuinely care about your pet. My first encounter was because I found a dog and checked for a microchip. And they were really helpful about what the next steps could be. I've had to take my dog a couple of times and they're quick, and friendly. I also like that they are straight forward about the cost, they have even given me an estimate for our follow up appointment.

I wish I could rate this place higher! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left there was so much comfort. My trucking cat and best friend passed away in December. My daughter and I walked in unmasked and crying. The receptionist was on top of things immediately. She immediately went back for a vet tech and then brought us water. It wasn't but a minute before we were taken to a room. Unfortunately we were told he had passed. The rest was all done at our convenience. We were given a button to call them when we knew how we wanted to continue. While on the phone with my husband, the vet tech assured me she could get me a bit of hair and prints. The prints came back to me in an amazing container. We had a private exit, which we both really appreciated. A few days later I realized I wasn't happy with my selection of cremation. I called back and they were able to accommodate me. I was able to pay over the phone. I received my baby back much earlier than I was told. Then a week or so later we got a personalized card in the usps mail. How can a heart break and be so full at the same time? Thank you to everyone at this establishment! Thank you!

We are moving abroad and needed to do a lot of procedures involving USDA, which is intimidating to me since it’s the first time I am relocating my dogs to a different country. VCA knows what they are doing and is on top of things. They handle things very efficiently

Found 2 loose dogs runnin amuck in my neighborhood so I caught 'em & brought them here with all my fingers & toes crossed that 1 of them was microchipped. The lady at the desk was already dealing with some other issue so we had to wait a little bit but eventually she was able to scan them, findin 1 to be microchipped. She had to make a couple calls but eventually was able to get a hold of the owner! Relief! I thought it was really cool they had these temporary leashes just for situations like this so I took a couple home with me in case this happens again. I've used VCA (not this location) previously & no complaints other than ya know, corporate pricing. This location was spacious, well maintained & conveniently located. Yesterday I had to do one of the hardest things of my life...say goodbye to my Carlito. It's been me and him for the past 16 years and this was of my most difficult days. Thank you to Dr. Lucy and staff for your patience, understanding and for taking good care of my Carlito. I know he was fiesty and your patience made all the difference in the world to me and him. I know you are taking good care of him until he is able to be returned to me and come home.
