Southwood Drive Animal Clinic has the sweetest doctors and staff. So kind and caring for my dog, Jasmine. They made it easier when it was time to let her go rest in peace. I will definitely go back when I’m ready for another fur baby.

We rushed Sweetie ( 11 years old and not in great health) in, because she had lost a frightening amount of blood in a short period of time. The staff was extraordinarily responsive, but in a calm and collected manner. The doctor then spent a very generous and thorough amount of time going over his thoughts on the possible causes with us. All interactions were genuine and courteous. I CANNOT overstate how much we appreciate their concern and professionalism!!!!

Southwood Drive has been our main vet clinic since I brought my dog home as a puppy in 2013. They have always taken very great care of my dog. On 04/06/2023, I came home to my beloved dog of 10 years seizing and unresponsive. This particular day the clinic was closing at 6:30PM, and I called at 6PM begging to be seen. My husband and I rushed to the clinic, but it was just too late and I had to say goodbye to my best friend. Dr. Penn and his staff were so gentle and kind when my world was falling apart. Dr. Penn gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. His staff was very kind when showing me the options for urns, even with it being after closing time. I will forever be grateful for their compassion during such a hard time for me. Should I ever get a new dog, I will for sure be using this animal clinic.

We have used Southwood Drive Animal Clinic for years. Dr Penn has always taken such good care of our animals, dogs, cats and 4 - H animals. He is a very caring vet and shows compassion for animals. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

Wacky Waveable Inflatable Tube Man

I called to make an appointment there and the front desk lady was so impatient, rude, and condescending. I tried to call and cancel the appointment and she hung up on me repeatedly. By some miracle their phones started working again when I used my son's phone to cancel the appt. A vet office should have compassionate people working for them.
