or Zero star! adopted one of the dogs through a rescue. The dog was at the shelter for 4 weeks. She was emaciated when i got her and had wounds. After a week, I was able to put some weight on her and got the wounds to heal. What did they do to this poor animal while she was there? Total neglect.

These people for the most part are stealing money they don’t come out when you call them. They said they don’t have room to pick up stray vicious dogs in black neighborhoods. They’re basically running a doggy daycare for the dogs they already have. Terrible terrible service I hate my tax dollars goes into something like this.

The employees do not take care of the animals; the animals are extremely neglected! Every cage was filled with several days of poop, bowls turned upside down being empty. Common sense people know that the dogs are excited to see a person come through the door, so they start jumping and running in a small cage, stepping and smearing the poop all over themselves! It stinks over there, which makes it harder for anyone to visit with the dog (to get their poop on them too). Dogs also are letting people know, let them out so they can poop else where. The people who work there were doing nothing but chatting, napping up front, while the dogs were needy, neglected in the back. How much money does the City pay the worst, lazy, neglecting (doing as little as possible while on the payroll type people)? Too much! They should also be jailed and fined for the mess they made and the possible diseases incurred to the dogs for forcing them to live in poop for days at a time! If only those lazy city employees would have done their job by letting the dogs outside, walked them so they could get out of a small cage to poop else where. Every cage was pooped in more than once, which told me that it had been 2 days worth of poop in every cage!

Gets one star because negative stars isn't a option. Only enforces laws that hurts animals and lines pockets. Typical city office.

Called to report a dog missing felt like it was from a good home had no fleas looked well groomed but the customer service guy that answered was very rude didn’t want to hear anything I had to say only kept saying that if I wanted to drop the dog off that I had to pay a $30 drop off fee I told him hey I’m reporting a dog missing it’s not my dog and he said it didn’t matter that I would have to drop the dog off with $30 drop off fee so I didn’t mind doing it but since the guy was so rude and unprofessional I told myself that I’m going to look at the reviews first and then go from there and what I seen I was completely horrified I would never take any animal to go be treated badly so I took the dog up and down the streets till I found her home and was glad I did cause these people need to be locked behind bars for the type of things they do to these animals.

I called to report a lost animal & the woman who answered the phone was not personable she talked over me & wouldn’t let me give her information. She sounded like she didn’t want to be at work or maybe she doesn’t like her job. Whatever the case may be 1 star was too much for her customer service.
