I'd leave a zero if I could. Rude neighbor has issues with our dogs and sets them off on purpose by pacing the fence line. He then called animal control on our elder aged dogs after setting them off because he has nothing better to do. Animal Service came by and left a note telling us to 'control our animals' basically. This occured during the day, it wasn't at night and wasn't in the early hours of the morning. Pretty sure there is a thing called noise ordinance and they were NOT breeching it. Why don't you guys actually DO some research before posting notices on doors.

Horrible service got told they didn't do appointments for cats and that nobody was interested in the cat BooBoo which is the one i called about the day before 10 minutes before closing. I go the next day get told that the cat was never in there system and that they don't do appointments then the lady helping me said they do and that the cat BooBoo was adopted the day before at 5 pm when they closed. Which already sounded suspects because I got told I couldn't see the cats or adopt one because it was almost closed but yesterday was told i could see BooBoo right then and there when i called. And that if i was interested in an adult cat that i was out of luck because they had no adult cat which makes no sense because there site had adult cats listed. Just to many issues and inconsistency and stories being changed out of nowhere when it came to seeing a cat named BooBoo. Update: 2 weeks later after that incessant she was up for adoption and I adopted her she got returned because she was to shy and didn’t like be held and she’s better off with me clearly. Also shelter lied about her getting along with other cats which is far from true.

Took in some abandoned dogs and the staff was very helpful and kind. Facilities looked clean and well kept and the dogs I saw seemed happy.

Kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They took plenty of time with me, introduced several dogs of appropriate disposition, and the next day I went home with a new member of the family.

Little Chica is the second dog I have adopted from the animal shelter and Woods. She has been so wonderful. John kept informed when a small dog was available. All of staff are great with the animals and so very helpful to us animal parents. I'm so grateful for all of you. Me and Chica thank you.🐾

License personnel both in person and over the phone have always been very helpful and pleasant. Now, kennel staff are very inconsistent some are just stellar and others are rude. The ARF (Animals Requesting Friends) volunteers are amazing and I always include a donation with my all my dogs license renewals. I would encourage everyone to donate to ARF. Also you can always pay the adoption fee for one of the great cats and dogs!!!
