Staff was knowledgeable and friendly in the process of me adopting my puppy. Watching the staff interact with the animals was heart warming and comforting in this process. 10/10 experience, thank you to anyone that helped us and Sage (previously Sequoia) is so happy!

Friendly staff! Wonderful diverse pet selection. Warmth and love fills the walls of this place. I met a wonderful distinguished American Bully named Kukor and a talented young employee Max. What an amazing and patient group of people who truly love and care for the animals. I adopted from here and was blown away when I returned three months later and one of the staff members remembered my dogs name from across the yard! You just dont get that kind of attention at some of these other shelters. It NEVER stinks in there and I do not believe in the several times I have been there that there was even an accident on the floor. An amazing facility and I will be back!
