I adorethe Banfield staff in my area. The only thing that got me was when my pet has an appointment during the peak of Covid19 that it was mandatory for dropping off your pet. Then theyd have to call me on the phone to see if I hadxany concerns this and that. Every pet owner knows their pet. My pet was scared and shaking each time she was left. Shes my comfort dog and I am her comfort human. I relayed this to them and do you think they showd any concern? Well let me tell you, the answer is a flat out, "NO." I needed to have my pet seen so I complied, but I wasn't happy about it. I do however appreciate that I am always informed of her vaccines and comprehensive exam and all, I really do appreciate that I am called and reminded about it a month to a few weeks in advanced and able to make an appointment date and all. I truly appreciate that. So like everything in life, a person is not going to be completely satisfied with the operation of everything, but at least I am given the opportunity to voice my opinion.

I have been to this pet hospital twice, once for my own dog and again for my mother's. I've seen two different veterinarians and can't tell you which I like better because they were both amazing. Everything about the experience from setting the appointment to checking in, being seen by the vet and the efficiency of the vet techs has been a welcome surprise in ease and compassion. I would recommend this business to anyone who loves their pet and expects professional treatment.

We have used Banefield at multiple locations through the years and this team has been the best. They have answered questions, taken care of the dogs and cats we have with great care. I will be forever thankful of their kindness when we have lost pets. Zero reservations on recommending them.

Had a wellness plan for over a year but lack of communication has me ending it. Had a dental cleaning scheduled and was not told if I rescheduled anytime past the 2 weeks of within I scheduled the appointment, I had to pay $170 for new bloodwork. Rescheduled, was not informed about the stipulation above, and the day of the appointment I was informed to pay the bloodwork fee since I rescheduled. It was either pay now or wait until the middle of the year to avoid the cost. No manager was there to talk about the situation either go figure. Do not bring your pets here.
