Can't bring myself to purchase fish here lately. Despite the huge snail infestation, there's also a serious Planaria outbreak and several infected fish, like this ghost shrimp with a parasite. I'll gladly go back to buying fish here if they take care of their stock and infestation problems. I'm not willing to risk infecting my own tanks. Until then, I'll be getting all my fish at Petco

Confirmed everything prior to the appointment. Person at the front desk knew the dog was going to be returning from a doctors appointment as stated when the appointment was made. As soon as I get to the appointment said person the front desk turns away my dog and says oh we can’t take him if he’s had a vaccination for 48 hours because it’s our policy. She knew he was getting a check up. So she can’t show me the policy but that’s OK. The reason she stated was he could be allergic . I mean to what, water? He was going in for a bath and a haircut. I don’t know what he could be allergic to. I know my dog isnt allergic to water and I know he’s not allergic to shears. but that’s OK again like I said. I went ahead and took my dog right across the street. Got in got out and everything was nice and completed and done. Won’t be coming back here.

Seems since Covid the shelves of available food my cat eats are lacking here. Ive been having to buy online with chewy.

Went to Petsmart in Helena, MT, to groom our Border Collie. Wow! She had a bath and a brush for $74. It took 3 hours, and she came out smelling wonderful, and her curly hair was straight! She looked like a different dog. But she was happy and so was I. It really cut down on her shedding. After a few swims in the river, her curls came back LOL.

The grooming performed was good. The cashier was very pleasant butThe grooming associate who got the dogs for me when I picked them up was very rude. Never a thank you, only a scolded me for not getting there sooner. Evidently you only have an hour to get your dogs once they are done, never heard that before but whatever. I got there about 2.5 hours after they were done.

The associates were great !! My daughter was visiting from out of town, and she wanted a certain item that she "knew" This particular store had because she had looked it up online, ... the verbal interaction was comical, the service was great, the information was accurate and appealing the way it was "presented" ... the TEAM really pulled it off for my daughter. She was pleased, and left with huge smiles.
