I ordered 26 foundation vent covers and they were delivered quick! Measurements were perfect and it was an easy install. Only thing I wish was different are more screws being sent. I ran out on the last couple of covers. Planned to use 4 each but that didn't work out on a couple of installs. Other than that it is a great product! Pricey but it's an investment! Would rather pay for a good product than have snakes or critters get under my house.

I purchased three Critter Quitter repair covers where squirrels had chewed through the lead flashing on the top portion of plumbing vent pipes protruding through my home's roof. The Critter Quitters saved me a ton of money making repairs that roofing companies wanted $800 each to repair by replacing the flashing. These covers were very easy to install and took less than 10 minutes each after cutting the necessary roof pitch at the bottom of the covers so they will fit snugly along roof line. I highly recommend these covers if you have experienced pesky squirrels chewing through the tops of lead of vent pipe flashing. These covers are definitely worth the $28 each investment. As for Animal Traps and Supplies where I purchased these covers, they got the order out right away. There was absolutely no delay getting these covers delivered to my front door. So, I would have to give this vendor two thumbs up from this end of the Internet for prompt service and reasonably priced product. They are definitely a business you'd want to deal with for the product I purchased and other animal traps they sell. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Amazing customer service. My original order for some reason never was sent. I called and the young man that i spoke to was very apologetic and said he would try to find out what happened. I received a call within 20 minutes and he said that the product was on backorder, but that the other version was available. After some discussion, he said he would send out the replacement order within a few days at no additional charge, i received the product the next day. Thank you for helping me help my customer!!

We are very happy with our Tomahawk large cat trap purchased from Animal Traps and Supplies located in Traverse City, MI. Our trap was delivered and had some damage so I sent an e mail and some pictures. ATS sent a replacement trap at no charge. We have kept the old trap and are giving it to a rescue organization as it still works. I caught a really large raccoon in the trap. The raccoon ripped everything in the trap to shreds cardboard lining , but the trap itself was not damaged. It is a Sturdy trap.
