Banfield has been the best with my present dog and my past dogs that i have had. They have great rates and the care is awesome. The treat your animals like they were their own. I would recommend them to anyone who need medical care for their pets.

I just left and wanted to make sure I left them a review. I have a reactive and very scared rescue pit mix and they were very patient and accommodated his needs. It honestly went A LOT smoother than I was anticipating for us. They called me and allowed me to come to the back and help out with him to make him more comfortable when needed. They provided great customer service to me all along the way as well. I'm very appreciative for them and the work they do, especially for dogs who need more help along the way.

The service today was exceptional. Banfield has always been professional and caring with my puppy. I called the office yesterday and was able to schedule an appointment today for my pet. I received a phone call with updates and home care guidance. I’m a happy customer and haven’t had any issues with the service or staff.

I took my dog here yesterday for a cut paw pad. They took her, said it didn't need to be wrapped and just gave me antibiotics, and now she can barely walk and her paw is swollen and the wound is worse. They also gave her a rabies shot she didnt need without my permission. I called up to say something about it and they told me we aren't an emergency vet and we don't have any spots open, and that I should take her to an emergency vet. So I spent 150 dollars on a vet visit for them to do nothing but contribute to my dog getting worse. Do not believe all the fake reviews from this place and please do not take your animals here they are a joke.

My dog always gets anxiety when she has a visit here. They seem to only offer drop off appointments, which I'm uncomfortable with. Her vet visit is rarely discussed. The staff is extremely rude and never has any answers. Phone conversations, check ins, and check outs are always rushed. The most recent hiccup was just today when i realized there was an issue in billing. When i called to ask about it i was put on hold for a while and like usual was told I’d have to call corporate because they don't have a record of it in their computer. I was told the last transaction they could see was from July of 2023, which isn’t true, i have the monthly payment for their wellness plan on autopay so they’re supposed to take it out every month. Their corporate office is in a different time zone and wont be open till after I'm at work and unable to call. I should’ve listened when i was told to avoid using them.

Our experience with my dog's end of life care was very caring and thoughtful. When 2 emergency vets couldn't see us, they said yes. I am so glad my baby didn't have to suffer. Thank you.
