I called to ask them to come and get a snake that was in my tree out of the street. This person is going tell me they don’t come get health snakes. If it’s not in your home they will not do anything. Why do we pay taxes. Then he goes on to tell me how he is uncloginga toilet and he was busy. I guess only one ranger works. Thank you for nothing.

I had a horrible experience these people. They lied to the judge and said that I had my dog tied in a cage in the car.with 3 male dogs to mate her. That was an qoutright lie. First of all the dog wasn't in heat and if she was, you don't have to.do such a hideous despicable thing. The male dogs would fight each other anyway. This shows how inexperienced these people (McCarthy) are about dogs and their nature. The judge believed this nonsense without considering any the real facts that l gave him.

Terrible. My neighbor's German Shepherd barks unabated for hours at a time, which is a violation of city ordinance. I called this office to report a complaint but they seem more interested in giving you the run-around than addressing the problem. Instead of sending someone out to investigate, they want me to waste my time going to the magistrate's office. How's that going to make the barking stop? I want solutions, not excuses! Now I'm shelling out money for an anti-barking device that I'm not entirely certain will work, because my neighbor is inconsiderate and the city doesn't care.

Adopted my dog from here 6 years ago. It was such a life changing choice. Our Dexter is now apart of our family. Today we visited to drop off 26 dog toys.

I called this morning to save a poor bird being grabbed constantly by a crow while it’s flock tried to save it as well. I called the number and the older guy answered the phone with such annoyance and wasn’t helpful at all never calling again I wish I knew the number to the people that would help !!!!!!!

LAZY!!! my apartment complex and myself have called multiple times about the stray cats and animal control refuses to come trap them.
