Taylor from Rats to Bats was great to work with. He was prompt, explained procedures thoroughly and followed up as part of the agreement. He sealed up my barrel tile roof to protect it from rodents entering the attic area. He also sealed up all areas around the house. Taylor from Bats to Rats was one of the best companies I have ever worked with in South Florida and that includes non pest control companies. He was someone I felt I could trust 100%.

After dealing with sounds of rodents in my walls for a month, i called 2 different companies in that time span and both couldnt solve the issue, until i found Taylor he was very helpful came out the same day to inspect my house and was back the following morning with his crew to patch the holes around my house and roof. I got results from that same day and stopped hearing rodent activity, they caught one in the attic and since then its been clear. Taylor really took his time to explain the situation and solve the problem unlike the other companies who were there to collect a check then tell me theres nothing they can do it about it. I am very thankful for him and his crew.

Rats to Bats came every time we called fixing any damage and trying to trap the animal. Eventually babies were born. They handled them with much care and concern. While the raccoon caused us much stress, we were pleased to know we had someone to call who would help us get rid of the raccoons without hurting them. I’ve had other pest control companies since we bought our home in ‘06, but none had the customer service level offered by Taylor. He is available, knowledgeable, and willing to follow through until any situation is solved. I use him on the regular, so I typically don’t have issues. After some rainy days, FL and the ants have times to “be seen”. Taylor had it covered. Don’t bother with anyone else.
