Visited while we were staying with family from out of town. This is, quite frankly, one of the best animal shelters I have ever seen. It is clean and well kept. The dogs aren't kept in cages. They actually have their own little rooms complete with raised beds and toys and blankets as well. The employees were amazing and well educated on the animals under their roof. They didn't hesitate to answer any amd all questions we had, even though it was only about twenty minutes to closing.

The Maclean Animal Shelter is SUCH an amazing place. They take really good care of those fur babies until they can find forever homes!!!

Great place and great people. The one and only place that rescue animals and one of the few places that if you donate are adopt your money stays in the community and not sent some place else to pay some over payed overrated executives salaries

At a loss for words on how they can make multiple excuses for not adopting a pet out and none of the staff can correlate their stories so that they're all telling the same lie.
