This groomer was so gentle with our 17 year old kitty. She was educated and I consider her now the "CAT WHISPERER" of Great Falls. We hope to have our kitty into her 20's and now that we have found a new groomer she will be more comfortable with removing her little mats

Lia is the best Groomer in Great Falls! We have a lab and an English Setter, the English Setter is on the high maintenance side and she does a fantastic job. Our dogs are happy to go, which says a lot. The only downside is trying to get an appointment with her. You're best bet is to schedule before you leave for your next one.

The best groomer in all of Great Falls. Lia the owner is very knowledgeable and very talented. My 6 year old Brittany always smells and looks wonderful after his appointments at the Gentle Groomer.

Lia is the best! Our first rescue was difficult to groom and Lia was recommended to us by our vet. Lia did an amazing job with him. As new pet owners she taught us so much.

Dropped our puppies off in the early afternoon and was told to pick them up at 5. Lady messaged us that the dogs would not be ready until 6. waited there until about 6:30 waiting for a response while listening to her scream at our dogs for barking. finally we went up to the locked front doors and she told us they haven’t been brushed or had their nails done yet. and she would work on getting them done. after 7 hours of goodness knows what, and we still don’t get our puppies back. very unprofessional and very rude. would give 0 stars if i could, and would not recommend.
