My children and I spent over an hour in the waiting room with our new puppy before I finally got up and walked out. We never saw or spoke to anyone other than reception. We have used Banfield in the past (when we lived in North Carolina) and had a good experience but this location (Kennesaw) is terrible. No one acknowledged the ridiculous wait or let us know why we were still waiting so long. Despite the fact that we had an appointment, Pets arrived after us and got treated in front of us. In the end, we opted for a more expensive local vet who actually knows how to schedule and maintain appointments. No one has time to sit in a vetās office for hours!

This location is absolutely the best! Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Aiken are amazing and all the staff are exceptional! Theyāve always been very professional, very polite and very caring towards my fur babies. I would give 10 stars if I could! Nothing but a great experience every time I come.

I canāt say enough good things about the team at Banfield Kennesaw. They are professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly compassionate . I have trusted them with my 3 year old Frenchie who has so many health issues and I love dearly. They make me feel comfortable about bringing her back to them time and time again. I canāt thank them enough for all that they do. They are wonderful.

Over the last year, my son has contended that Banfield Pet Hospital in Kennesaw, GA is by far one of the best. Unfortunately but fortunately, I had an opportunity to witness the services today. Over the last few days, my pug's behavior became concerning. He (my pug) was not eating, drinking or playing as usual. In fact, his food no longer agreed with him. He was also sluggish. There were a few locations we could have chosen for a walkin hospital in proximity. But my son decided Banfield Pet Hospital in Kennessaw was for us. Upon arrival, my son and I were greated by Meagan. She took the assessment and immediately spoke with the doctor and staff on duty. Within minutes, our pug was worked into the schedule at 8:45am. Megan assured us our pug was "in great hands." Within 10-15 mins, we spoke with Chelsey (the nurse) and Dr HammonTree (the attending physician). They both explained in great details the diagnosis and the treatment plan. To my surprise, there was one med in the treatmebt plan I inquired about that could be purchased outside of the hospital. I was given the option and ofcourse appreciative. Thank you Chelsey. I believe my son has an understanding of great customer service. The services, at Banfield in Kennesaw exceeded my expectations by far. I am another happy customer.
