Do NOT take your cats here, they are extremely abusive, took my male cat here to be neutered , picked him up only to realize he was covered head to toe in PEE!! How am I expected to keep my cat clean and sterile while recovering from surgery when I cannot bathe him for 10 days and he is covered in pee???? Upon picking him up he was flinching at hands which is extremely unusual for him as he has always been a very outgoing happy cat, he is TERRIFIED of me and my boyfriend which is so unusual. Although you could chop up him being skittish and terrified to his surgery but you cannot excuse the neglect of him sitting in a box of his own urine for god knows how long. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS HERE!!!!!!!

It was very clean and organized. The staff were great. We were there on a Saturday, and we're able to take our fur baby home that day. We go back tomorrow for her to be spayed. This is what Rose looks like, except we renamed her Chloe. She has already been a blessing, and we have fallen in love with her.

We adopted our sweet Mila (formerly Granola) from Catawba about a month ago. Super sweet staff. Deducting a star just because her fee was more expensive than most and she ended up having worms pretty bad, despite being told she had dewormer. I had to pay another $200 in vet visit to clear them up. Maybe that’s normal, but I didn’t expect to spend $500 in a week! She’s not the mix they thought she was, which is totally understandable. We did a DNA test and were able to connect with the family of her grandma!

Had our lil girl doggie spayed and they did a wonderful job. Is a drive thru service to drop off pet that went incredibly smooth.

I have a 10 months old male kitten fixed we brought inside when it was so cold in December 2023. It's killing me he has to wear this cone on his neck and can't really be around our labrador and my cat Hazel that I adopted a few years ago. They are so much cheaper than a vet. Foothills Humane Society is the best. My daughter is looking into having our labrador fixed since our vet is going to charge $700.00+. It's so much cheaper with Foothills Humane Society

This place is so clean & well outfitted for the pets there to live & even socialize. They have playrooms that a child would envy. You get pre-approved by answering a questionnaire online. They quickly let you know your status & then offer appointment times to pick from. At that appointment I was able to adopt & bring my pet home. They have a very caring staff.
