I have a 10 months old male kitten fixed we brought inside when it was so cold in December 2023. It's killing me he has to wear this cone on his neck and can't really be around our labrador and my cat Hazel that I adopted a few years ago. They are so much cheaper than a vet. Foothills Humane Society is the best. My daughter is looking into having our labrador fixed since our vet is going to charge $700.00+. It's so much cheaper with Foothills Humane Society

I adopted my first cat here. While they can't say they are not a kill shelter, they only put animals down when they are extremely sick. They also have a great vaccine center (low cost). Highly recommend this shelter!

I had my first feral cat spayed today. The staff were excellent. Very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I could not imagine I would get better service anywhere. The Kitty is doing great which is the most important thing. Would recommend them 100%. I don’t usually review anything but when service, knowledge, veterinary skills are so good it would be an injustice to them not to.

This place is so clean & well outfitted for the pets there to live & even socialize. They have playrooms that a child would envy. You get pre-approved by answering a questionnaire online. They quickly let you know your status & then offer appointment times to pick from. At that appointment I was able to adopt & bring my pet home. They have a very caring staff.

We had a wonderful experience with this shelter getting our new puppies. We were able to play and interact with the puppies for as long as we needed to be able to choose the best fit. The animals, by what I could tell, were all very well taken care of and up to date on everything. I would highly suggest this place to anyone interested in adding an extra love to your family.

Staff were super friendly and listened to what we wanted in our new pet. They took us directly to Little Miss Muffin, who came home with us that same day- but only after meeting and interacting with her new big sister, Chrissy.
