Amazing staff and vet!! In and out in 40 mins which has never happened at a vet’s office before! Very good price too!! Dr. Robinson was very sweet and knowledgeable. They loved my baby corgi too. I found my new vets office yall!

Absolutely astonished with how well the staff at SNIP took care of our baby. She had her spay appointment today and everything went extremely well. They even allowed us to pick her up early because of how well she responded! Thank you to SNIP for taking such good care of her, and getting her all fixed up and sent home!

We have brought several community/ferals from our TNR project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and low-cost offerings at SNIP, particularly for community cats. They make the process as simple as possible. The only constructive feedback is that they need a dedicated person to answer the phone. Too often, people call, and there is no answer.

Took my 5.5 yr old GSD here for a dental consult. All the staff is super sweet and nice. You can tell they really care about pets. Was super easy to make an appointment and then schedule a dental cleaning! Everything is straight forward and transparent! Highly reccomend!

Horrible place. Don’t ever go there. I’m a disabled veteran and had to have surgery. I made an appointment and couldn’t make it. I tried calling to confirm the date to arrange transport or to possibly reschedule but not answer or callback. I called 6 times in the span of 2 months and I finally got a call back. The deposit I made was overlooked because I couldn’t make the appointment so they wanted me to put down another deposit. I did my due diligence by trying my best to reach out before my appointment and before my surgery. I refuse to pay another deposit when this could’ve been resolved if I had received a callback before my appointment. Please find another place to get your dog spayed or neutered. This place doesn’t deserve your hard earned money. I see in the response that Ms. Tiffany says that I stated “I forgot about it”. That’s not a true statement because I make my appointments and my wife’s lil baby was in need of getting a spay. I suppose you have to do whatever it takes to save your business’ reputation. Also, as I stated before I had surgery and tried to reach out several times before the appointment. If that doesn’t get me a waiver I’m not sure what will. The money is not the issue, it’s the principle. I’m sure no one likes to give away money, especially if there is no meaning behind it.

They were amazing having ny 5 mo cat neutered, even helping me in ways I couldn't have predicted. This is what pet health should cost. Thank you, SNIP. We will return to you every time.
