We took our sweet girl to get her skin checked out and Dr. Hill and the staff were amazing! Our dog was pretty nervous and cautious, but Dr. Hill and the techs didn’t push her or make her uncomfortable. They were so welcoming, gave her little snacks, and let our dog set the boundaries. We’ve never had an experience like this with people who are so caring and wanting to ensure our baby felt safe! I will forever recommend Firehouse CP. They are the absolute best!! :)

The picture below is my cat California (Cal). Firehouse saw Cal when he was having seizures. And the team at firehouse is amazing and very friendly! Dr. Hill (no relation) was very helpful. She explained everything to us on what could cause it and even printed out papers with information. We had blood work scheduled to see if we could rule out if it was a physical illness or neurological. Sadly we weren’t able to and we are moving states today, but he will get in for blood work. All though I feel more neurological. He’s always wanting to eat and play constantly bouncing off the walls. And the meds are working. Knowing we were tight on funds they gave us a written prescription so we could look around and see which place would have his meds cheaper. I know I’ve only been here once, but the vibe of this place is super friendly. I would definitely come here!

I have taken my dog, Toby, to Firehouse Cedar Park for about a year. They have taken care of his annual visits and emergencies that have come up throughout the year. They have always offered same day care for emergency visits, which is so appreciated. I have seen Dr. Hill and Dr. Ussery and have had great experiences with both doctors and all of the staff. They try to make the visit as comfortable as possible for your pet and treat them like their own. They take the time to allow questions and really check on your pet's overall health and wellness. Thank you!

I needed urgent care for my beloved pup. Firehouse was not only able to work us in, but they took wonderful care of my baby, gently explained what's ailing her, and provided quick, thorough help with arranging specialist follow-up. Bonus - our pup shared her swag bag with her best-friend cat 😊

Best vet experience ever. My cats and dog have received excellent care. Everyone is caring and compassionate. Treatments are explained clearly and completely. Cost is explained before the treatment and alternatives offered. Records are easily obtained and Drs. Hill and Ussery have both gone out of their way to communicate test results, explain health conditions, and make my pets comfortable. The entire staff is top notch. Can't recommend them highly enough!

MY DOG WOULD HAVE DIED had I not gone somewhere else for a second opinion. $400 vet bill to go have a conversation with the vet. Overpriced, and clearly inexperienced as this location just celebrated their 1 year anniversary. Go somewhere with educated professionals and more reviews- it may save your animals life. FIREHOUSE/ SHERRY HILL is not only lying and disrespecting customers daily, but also the animals they care for. Staff will blantantly lie to customers to their face, as well as management when a problem arrives. Upon getting a second opinion (after forming over another $200) I was informed my dog would have died. Sherry Hill should never be allowed to practice veterinary medicine after the visit that i was so blessed to have with her. My dog was deficating and throwing up blood. SHERRY HILL informed me that this was nothing and it was due to excitement! Following the exam, I called the to explain how disappointed I was in the service. Staff out right lied to my face to cover their fellow “vet” (it is disrespectful to other vets to call sherry one). There was no remedy and no attempt to remedy the situation. I will continue posting these reviews to combat the neglectful, and false information spread by miss sherry hill Billy and her entire staff. This post has been shared to local Facebook groups, I am just trying to spread the word. My dog is my first baby and I take his care seriously!!!
