Been a customer for over 10 years, recently had to say goodbye to one of my fur babies and the staff made me feel comfortable and loved. They went the extra step to make the experience one of honor and respect, and i never felt rushed when i was saying my goodbyes.

Ty for taking care of Sampson and Gatito. I'll see you all tomorrow... and the day after that... gotta remind myself to update the review later. I thought I left one before... hmmm... its ok. Anyways this place is good for pet. Staff is nice and the office is clean.

I’m so happy we found Dr. Gordon and his wonderful team! They were so accommodating in getting us in and taking such good care of our doggie Whiskey that hurt his back leg. Dr. Gordon and his team were so professional and kind and took perfect care of him. Everyone at the office was very welcoming and loving to our whiskey :-) thank you to Ashley, Shelby and Aryana and Dr. Gordon! He is already starting to feel better and I think he is even looking forward to seeing everyone again ☺️

Very kind and efficient. We had a cat dental surgery and the doctor explained everything they were doing and what our options were. They made sure we knew what the price range would be with a print out of costs, which was very helpful as well.

The quality of care is very good. Have taken two pets here over the past ten years. All of a sudden it’s impossible to get an appointment or talk to anyone. You’re asked to hold unless it’s an emergency. I tried to use the online appointment request but this is day four waiting for a call back. I’m finding a new vet. I wonder how many others are going to do the same.

I’m giving a 3 star for a few different reasons. Dr Stanton was wonderful, we have seen her a few times with our beagle. I give her personally a 5 star. That being said. We brought our new puppy in to get her on heart worm and flea & tick meds Our appt was at 8:30 (Dr Gordon). We were taken back to the room around 8:25. At about 9:30 I went out to the reception desk and asked how long before we see a dr. I was told the delay was due to two emergency's. The vet we were supposed to see was tied up but Dr Stanton was available. We were finally able to see Dr Stanton My point is communication would have been nice. I completely understand that emergency's happen and they are priority. I also want to say, every time I call I am left on hold for a number of minutes, no matter what time of day it is. The staff checking you in and out need lessons in customer service.
