This is a beautiful thrift store with every penny going to benefit the Johnson City Humane Society. The store is clean and well organized and the staff is very friendly.

Assistance good except "manager.".manager would rather not sell something than to let it be priced appropriately. Manager turns away volunteer offer to assist her or shoppers to make promises to shoppers unfulfilled while helping someone else instead. She negatively talks about shoppers to staff at the register, too. If manager goes, would be a good place to shop

Very easy to find, Great charity! Organized, good prices and has plenty of space for people who need more space to get around with crutches, canes, wheelchairs etc Fun little pup metal sculpture in the book section, if you see him give him a pet for me :)

My favorite thrift store!! They have quality merchandise at great prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are constantly restocking so you find new exciting goodies every time you go. Also, I love that their proceeds go towards the humane society!!! Great store for a great cause!!!

We love shopping here! My only criticism is that today a donation (it was a cat toy) was being brought in as I was checking out. I offered to buy it, and I would have paid a good price. Apparently things have to be “processed.” My thoughts are that a charitable organization would be agreeable to accepting purchases at any time. At any rate- we still like the store very much.

Wonderful little thrift store. It has so many things. I bought a set of dishes that my better half liked. The store is extremely clean and all the associates were very friendly. The best part is all the proceeds go directly to help the animals. I can't wait to go back.
