Cynthia was absolutely a lifesaver tonight! Being able to chat with her made the time fly, and made me go from devastated to giddy! Thank you so much! My dog nugget is my world, and when her pupils became a different size I was beside myself. I am so grateful for this hospital experience from beginning to end!

I want to extend my heart-felt gratitude to the PESCM Oncology team and the staff overall. In September of last year, our sweet cat Sadie got diagnosed with cancer, and Dr. Zimmerman and her truly incredible oncology team took care of us every single step of the way. They helped us identify the best plan going forward and was truly invested in the care she was receiving. While no cat wants to be in a carrier, I can tell that the care that Sadie got at PESCM made it a little bit easier for her. They even managed to get her in a Christmas hat when we took her in for treatment in December and gave us a copy of her picture. We got seven more incredible months with our sweet baby before unfortunately the cancer came back. When it was her time, the oncology team helped us with every single step leading to her sleep with the upmost respect, care, and love. I will recommend the center to anyone that needs it, even outside of cancer treatment. Every single staff member I’ve ever interacted with was incredibly kind, from the front desk agents, to the oncology team, and beyond. Thank you PESCM.

went in with my poor 6 year old cat last october because it was the weekend and his regular vet was closed, they misdiagnosed him as gassy. i knew this wasn’t correct due to his symptoms, so i took him to his vet on the following monday and he was diagnosed with terminal lymphoma and didn’t make it to the end of the month. extremely disappointed in the misdiagnosis and neglect of that situation. he had x-rays taken and blood drawn and they still couldn’t see that he had a mass in his stomach.

It started as a positive experience but they seemed to forget I was there after the examination. After 15 minutes, I had to go out of the exam room with my dog who had kennel cough to see what was going on. They told me to keep my dog in the car while I checked out. I did that and waited another 15 minutes to get my prescription. After I was forced to ask what was going on again, a guy came out with the medication immediately. I asked him how long was the medication ready to go. He answered, “there were no nurses.” Not really an answer. I know they’re busy but i had already been there for three plus hours. More communication with the staff and their patients would be appreciated.

I had a very sick chicken that was not going to make it much longer. I called around to different places for hours and hours looking for somewhere that would actually care about my girl. Pet Emergency helped me lay my baby to rest peacefully. They treated her with respect, love, compassion and made her comfortable. I bawled my eyes out the whole time and they were nothing but patient and compassionate with us. Thank you so much for helping make an unbearable time a little easier. It's so nice to know there is a place that cares about all animals not just the standard bunch. I'm grateful to have a place I can take my feathered babies to in the future that treats them so well. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart ♡ Rest in Peace my little Nugget ♡

Just wanted to thank all of you for your professionalism, knowledge and kindness towards our English Bulldog, Tofe. We brought our dog in a very critical breathing condition where chances to survive for him were slim. Your professional team of doctors and nurses did everything in their power and saved his life. During the several hours while the team was trying to save his life, I was even let to see him even though he was under anesthesia and intubated, that meant a world to me. The doctors were so patient to explain everything to me and in the same time they took great care for Tofe. I cant thank you enough! Our pet is resting comfortably and we are very grateful for the excellent care afforded to him by your team. Thank you so much! Ana
