I had a great experience with Yuri and his team. We had a family of bats living in the siding of our home. Yuri and his team efficiently and quickly remediated the issue. I recommend everyone use Wildlife Detectives!

Paid WLD a considerable amount for extrusion work and clean up. The extrusion work was performed incorrectly and had to be redone (which WLD did) and the clean up work was half hearted at best. For the price paid, it was not good value, however they have a guarantee, which I assumed would make the price acceptable. A year later and we have problems again and although WLD made one site visit and promised to come back, they did not show up and they never returned the multiple messages left. This is not a reputable company. I contacted another company who has been much more responsive and has provided much better service for the amount charged (which was less than what WLD charged). Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

We had a skunk problem and no experience with wildlife removal. Wildlife Detectives quoted us $1030 to remove, which included fixed fees for inspection, removal and exclusion. I agreed, assuming the effort would take some time. The work took two people 3 hours for a total of 6 person hours. Upon completion they insisted they be paid the full $1030, for an effective hourly rate of $170. There was no great expertise involved, I found simple guidance on the internet that described how a homeowner could do it themselves. It involved burying 8 feet of wire barrier against a foundation, and adding a one way wire exit door that prices for $35 on Amazon. When I told them I thought $1030 seemed high and requested a more reasonable price they insisted that I had agreed to their quote and that was what I owed them. Their work was very professional and they seem knowledgeable, but their behavior around their billing was regrettable. I would encourage anyone thinking of using Wildilfe Detectives to do their homework before agreeing to a quote. I found out afterward that average estimates on the internet for a job of this scope are between $250 and $600.

I used Wildlife Detectives in November 2018 to evict raccoons and seal off many places where the animals were getting under my house and nesting. I found David and his crew to be friendly, professional, competent, reliable, fast, fairly priced, and humane in their treatment of wildlife. They gave me a one-year warranty in case the raccoons return. I'm glad I hired them.

Definitely would recommend Wildlife Detectives to anyone. We are near Forestville and getting a pest company to come this far was quit difficult. The Wildlife Detectives didn’t hesitate to schedule us immediately. They were prompt, very thorough and didn’t try to push a quarterly contract like most companies. Best part is it has been 3 months and I haven’t had to call them to come back again. 5 stars!!

Very responsive, communicative, and timely. Maggie responded to my inquiry and set my appointment on the day and time I requested and Yuri’s follow through was excellent. We had a misunderstanding on the scope of work that was primarily my fault, and Yuri came out the next morning and ensured us he would make it right .. and he did. No more skunks!
