Petsadena should switch to dentistry because getting the office to respond is like pulling teeth. Small location with a TINY lot (3 spaces), come early to find street parking. Older building, no AC in the waiting area. Smells weird. Staff was friendly enough. I booked weeks out and was promptly seen during my appointment time. The petdesk app they’re contracted to use is surprisingly well designed. In the exam room one of my cats crawled under the window seat since it wasn’t sealed off and got stuck. I cleaned years of dust and debris trying to get her out. She turned gray, it was disgusting. Be mindful of small spaces. The care itself was fine, they have a competent team. Dr. Ye was professional and thorough. But I have two healthy/active cats (age 3 and 4) and somehow got talked into dropping $1k for a bunch of tests that the vet and tech kept pushing. I feel like a schmuk. There were more reasonable (and cheaper) paths, like testing one cat first to see if the other needed it. Lesson learned. Since my appointment the office has been unresponsive. Their in-office Rx prices weren’t great so I bought flea meds through Chewy. They never bothered to confirm the request, I had to physically mail a copy of the prescription in myself. I ordered tests for both cats that included a fecal panel. Unknown to me, the lab order expired within 30 days and I came in too late with the samples. Maybe they mentioned it in passing, I don’t know. But I tried calling and coming in person multiple times over the course of a few months. Every time I was told “let me check with my supervisor, I’ll get back to you”. And they never get back to me. It’s fine to tell me I wasted my money, which sucks, but giving me the runaround for months, leading me to believe you’ll follow up when you won’t, is unprofessional. Don’t let them fear monger you and don’t expect any follow-up beyond the services you paid for. Overall don’t recommend. If you choose Petsadena, I hope you have a better experience than me.

Thankful for the entire staff at Petsadena who go above and beyond!! I've never felt rushed while being there; the veterinarians and technicians really take the time to answer all questions. The receptionists are also very helpful, and respect everyone who walks in!

Been going here for 3 years since the pandemic. The staff is so lovely, patient, and knowledgeable -- I really feel confident knowing they're looking after my senior small dog! And they've got their own online pharmacy too which is super convenient. Just know the parking situation's a little tight, so arrive early for your appointments to be safe!

We’ve been coming to Petsadena with all our dogs since nice they opened. The attention to care, technology, and compassion are second to none. All of the vets are wonderful, we always know we will receive great care. Easy online booking and prompt email receipts and forms makes things a snap. Highly recommended Petsadena.

Dr. Reyna is very patient and thorough in her explanation of treatments. The staff is friendly and facility is always clean. Appointments are prompt and they’re accommodating to changes if needed. The cost is slightly pricier than some other clinics, and parking is super limited so you have to plan visits with extra time to park.
