I had a family friend tell me about this place where she took her dogs. She told me she had her dogs cremated there. Well my sweet Rusty who I have had for almost 18 years had passed away unexpectedly. I was in a state of shock so my family friend told me to call them. When I called I told the receptionist my situation that my cat just had passed away and if it was possible to have her cremated with them, she told me absolutely. I told her my fiance would be bringing her. When he got there she already had the papers to fill out ready for him to sign. The price was affordable. They went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did I get her ashes in a beautiful wood box but it came with a plaque of my cats name on top. Also got a certificate when she was cremated from an outside agency they work with. And last not least seeds forget me not flowers to plant in her memory. Exactly 3 weeks later I got a letter from them saying condolences. Most definitely recommend them. Whenever my family and I decide to get an animal we will be coming here to get them help. Thank you so much!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WISH I COULD. Not only are they rude and no worry some at all but Back in 2021, I came with my 6yr old chihuahua who was having issues breathing and keeping his eyes open. It took me over 10+ hours for them to just tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong with him. Few days later took him somewhere else where they diagnosed him with an enlarged heart. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PETS AWAY.

If i could vote less than 1 star I would. They shouldn’t call themselves 24 hour care if they’re not open 24 hours for emergency care. The people who work night shift are very unprofessional and should not work in this profession if they have no empathy for when an animal is nearly dying. My dog was choking on something we couldn’t get out of her mouth, and we were referred here by ACCESS Animal Emergency Hospital because they had no capacity to take in another animal, once we got here, the man working took his time to get to the door only to tell us they’re closed and couldn’t help. He had no care or urgency to help our dog, so those who bring their animals here, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. We had to travel to the Emergency Pet Hospital in Covina on Citrus Avenue which they were far more empathic and accommodating.

I am grateful to Dr. Mo and all the staff at AM Animal Hospital. When we have a real emergency, like our dog with pneumonia unable to breathe, we get seen and the pet is cared for. I have no doubt they saved our dogs life. When we have an appointment we understand that there may be a small wait because of other emergencies. Love this place

Dr Mohaghegh saved my dog's life and I will be forever grateful. My senior dog has Addison's Disease, heart disease, and diminished kidney function so she's in for vet visits every 25 days for the past three years. Dr Mohaghegh is thoughtful with his treatment plan and super patient with me during our visits. I always leave feeling BETTER about the situation and comforted knowing my dog is in his hands. Yes, the wait can be long but there's no other vet I trust more than Dr Mo. Please give the front desk staff patience as they see a TON of animals and take in a lot of emergencies. THANK YOU!

If you value your time and expect reliable service, steer clear of this animal clinic. Their chronic tardiness is a major turnoff, and their lack of communication and apologies only exacerbates the issue. I've had multiple appointments for different pets, and each time, I've been forced to wait beyond the scheduled time without any updates or apologies. It's evident that they have a systemic problem with punctuality, even for basic services. This clinic needs to overhaul its scheduling system and prioritize customer service. Until then, I recommend finding a more reliable and respectful veterinary practice.
