Can someone tell me their correct address? The address on Google took us to a place where they have PO boxes. I called their number repeatedly but they aren't answering their phone. So frustrating 😞

We adopted our sweet and beautiful male kitten through "Sweet Pawz and Meows". He was living with a foster family at the time. The adoption process was fairly simple and the volunteer, "Veronica" was very helpful, patient, understanding, caring and supportive. However, the few times we interacted with the owner Susan were not always pleasant nor professional. She came across rude, very stressed out and disorganized. Also, when it came time to get our kitten microchipped, neutered and get a rabies shot (as he did not have any of those procedures done prior to adopting him..) our kitten was released to us in poor condition. We were scheduled to meet Susan to drop off our kitten to then be taken to "Colima Animal Hospital" in Hacienda Heights. The following evening, approx. 36 hours later we picked up our kitten from Susan. Our kitten was soaked in his own urine and had a bloody/torn nail. We were told by Susan that he was left in his carrier unattended for too long at the vet, which is why he urinated on himself and must had been scratching in the carrier to get out or seek help. Not only was the experience traumatic for both our kitten and ourselves but we never got a straight answer/correct information from the front desk at the vet. Although we understand that the experience at the vet was not completely Susan's fault and we appreciated her giving us antibiotics and ointment for his wounds, we're appalled nonetheless that our sweet boy could be so mistreated and we entrusted him to be looked after by Susan! Going forward the recovery process has been a painstaking effort to help our little boy heal and get back to normal. It was a very unfortunate incident and it should have been handled better and more professionally by this rescue company and the vet hospital they do business with. Given this situation, we are now very leery of adopting through a private rescue company, let alone adopting a kitten that hasn't already been neutered etc. :-(
