Extremely unprofessional staff. Luckily I was able to get my siblings back last year, but this agency just made it that much harder. Most of the "social workers" are young adults about my age, so for that reason they felt that they can talk down to me. They would say things like "you wouldn't have gotten your children taken away if you really cared." This agency covers up a lot of abuse and neglect allegations. Luckily I was able to lawyer up.

Do not waste your time or energy with them. I am a resource parent with LA County and I wanted to switch over with inner circle. I have been waiting over a year for the switch and it still has not happened. I paid for my live scan and still no switch. The wait for this process to happen is ridiculous and I am warning you now not to waste your time. Stay with whoever you are with, it will be much better that way trust me.

This foster family agency goes through caseworkers every few months, apparently the turn over rate here is so fast the receptionist will end up being your only consistent point of contact. They are beyond rude to re-unifying families and they train their foster families to be just as rude. This organization has no interest whatsoever in helping REUNIFY families...they make income off of every child they get their hands on and adopt out and I used to think that this was great but I have found this agency to be only interested in severing the ties I have with my child and they will do it at any cost. I am sure they are doing this to others as well.
