They should get 0 stars. I only went here because this was the closet place to use a $100 off voucher. To only be quoted $195 for a dog under 40lbs to be spayed. Price changed when I got there to $295 so it was still $195 with the voucher. Dropped our dog off at 7:30am. By 10pm she still had not been seen or preped. 15 hours they let my dog sit in a cage. I understand the place is busy but a phone to be picked up and rescheduled would have been nice. They offered no refunds. They called back after 5 minutes and offered a refund because they did not want to stay any longer. Was told if I didn't like it I should go to vet school. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.!! THEY ARE SICK, UNCARING, TAKE YOUR MONEY BUSINESS

Mission is our new favorite vet. The doctors and the staff have been amazing, answering all our questions and concerns during our visit. Our dogs were taken care of, and our doing much better. The Dr. also called the next day following up, they're amazing.

I could give this place no rating at all, no idea how they stay in business if they suck. Actually I do know, they only want to take your money pretending to know what they’re doing when they just want that cash coming in. The doctor doesn’t even know what’s up asking for my dogs age when doing the consult ? are they even checking the animals charts before seeing them?? Charged a lot of money just to not even diagnose my dog. Gave us medicine to treat something that we’re unsure my dog even had because she’s just worse now. If you love your pets and you consider them another family member, AVOID this place at all costs.

DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.If I could give this a 0 I would Brought my puppy Oreo in she had Parvo. She was weak and thought she had more time. Their Doctor went on a lunch break. So I had to wait. My pup went into critical state. All they said they could do is check her vitals and couldn’t give her IVs. With out the doctors permission, and the doctor didn’t want to come off lunch break while it was an emergency. I had to rush my puppy to another veterinary. Who took her in immediately.while On my way there my puppy stopped breathing and became unresponsive and My puppy ended up dying in my arms today. DO NOT waste your money or time here. They don’t care about your pet unless money is involved.

The nurses were really friendly and kind we saw the Dr interact with other people she was very rude and seemed like she wanted people out of there we thought maybe she’s just not a people person she might be a good Dr turns out she’s a horrible Dr as well she misdiagnosed our cat saying he had UTI she prescribed all kinds of medicine we felt unsure so we saw our local veterinary for a second opinion (only went to mission cause our local one had no availability) turns out our cat was healthy as can be he was just dehydrated. If you want to go here cause they’re open late and the visit is cheap I promise you it’s worth going to the vet that charges a little extra for the visit who knows how many babies they’ve misdiagnose or killed in that place. Just absolutely horrible even the nurses were talking amongst each other how the Dr wasn’t doing anything back there they didn’t know why she stopped seeing patients at a certain time

I have adopted two dogs that preciously went here with their first owner and for over a month now I have asked them to send records to my vet and they still have not. How hard is it to send records from vet to vet. Something weird going on here at this vet office, I have never had this problem before with my previous dogs . Until my vet receives their records they will not spay my dogs. If it is this hard to get documents sent, I would NEVER bring my dog here. Communication is key with any good business. Instead of getting the run around. Me calling, my vet calling, previous owner went down there to fill out a paper to release the records and still NOTHING!!!
