Jean from critter care was great but when I got the certificate to get my cat fixed and I called the number on the certificate, I've called 5+ times and I have YET to get a call back. If it was just Jean, I would recommend calling but since you have to go through someone else afterwards, I DO NOT recommend calling.

Absolutely wonderful company. They help pet owners get their animals fixed for a reduced rate. The owner can choose from a large list of local vets to perform the procedure
